    • A proven ability to communicate
    • Very good knowledge of Italian language spoken and written
    • Knowledge of customer and credit management processes
    • Knowledge of Office tools like excel, word
    • Knowledge of Italian (advanced) and English (medium)
    • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to work in Team
    • Availability to work in shifts (24x7).

    Responsibilities

    The fraud analyst has the goal of identifying fraudulent behavior by a third party to the detriment of Vodafone Italy and to put in place any measures at its disposal to prevent and control the economic losses.

    Moreover the analyst with his activity take the actions to safeguarding the Brand reputation of Vodafone.

    • Increase the scope of Vodafone customer base and services that are currently monitored for instances of fraudulent activity.
    • Managing customer queries and complaints by phone, email
    • Maintain or exceed established standards for customer service, and resolves complex issues with little or no supervision or direction
    • Following Department procedures to make timely and accurate decisions regarding fraudulent activity.
    • Provide support to colleagues in the credit department and call center for handling critical customer
    • Identify new potential fraudulent behavior and support improvements in fraud detection, management and reporting
