    Requirements

    We’re looking for someone who:
    • Speaks German at an advanced level and English at medium level;
    • Has 5 to 8 years of experience preferably in ITIL, Service Desk or related discipline;
    • Has supported an enterprise environment that included: Network drives – SSP, Printing, Intranet/Sharepoint/Teamroom, Outlook/Exchange/OWA, Lync Telephony, User Access Management, Win8, Virtual Private Network, BlackBerry, Pushmail/Airwatch, Citrix , Business Apps, Remedy, MyIT, SAP.
    • Has used an IT Service Management tool (BMC Remedy or similar).
    • Has people management experience and very strong communication skills;
    • Is able to develop and maintain excellent customer relations;
    • Is able to work effectively under pressure;
    • Is analytic, consistent, persistent;
    • Is a natural problem solver.

    Responsibilities

    What exactly will you do?
    • Ensure that the Service Level Targets / Service Level Objectives within the SLA are met;
    • Measure and Service Level Report for IT Services;
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external IT service groups, as well as other ITIL; processes, in particular Contract management, Supplier Management, Change Management; Incident Management and IT Service Management;
    • Identify and efficiently manage stakeholders, customers and key users;
    • Continuously look for improvement of current ways of working;
    • Lead a team of up-to 20 IT Service Desk agents.
