    Requirements

    Job Requirements:
    - At least 3 years of experience in IT sector
    - SAS Base experience
    - Deep skills in SQL and Relational data model (used in previous working experience)
    - Unix/Linux System Administrator, Shell programming
    - Oracle Data Definition Language
    - Web Technologies as HTML / PHP / Javascript / jQuery / Apache & JBoss
    - Experience in Data Analysis and data representation
    - Analytic and process analysis skills
    - Fluency in English

    Nice to have
    - SAS System Administrator, SAS programming, SAS Base, SAS Macro, SAS Data Integration Studio, SAS ITRM
    - ITIL Foundation
    - Good statistical skills
    - Linux OS, basic Network knowledge
    - MS Excel, Power Point and VBA for all chart, analysis and automation functions
    - Oracle DBA Administrator skills
    - Administration skills of mid-tier Web components (Apache, JBoss, TYPO3, MYSQL)

    Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Support operating and extending the reporting environment aimed to measure and improve service level and performance of IT Services, VCNO, VIS and P&S.
    - Key activities are:
    1) design, development and maintenance of automatic KPIs and reports
    2) execution of reporting workflows to create and publish periodical management reports
    3) providing ad-hoc analysis, initiating and managing Service Improvement projects
    4) demand management
    - New reporting demand and customer management
    - Designing the overall reporting infrastructure and its evolution (back-end and web components)
    - Manage workflows to refresh, review and share periodical SLA and management dashboards involving necessary parties (e.g. Service Owners, GSD, Service managers etc.) using Reportal.
    - ETL Data Flow design, implementation, tuning and daily operations in SAS and Oracle technologies. Hundreds of data flows importing, elaborating data from about 40 sources and feeding the SAS Date warehouse
    - Configuration and administration of the backend (SAS Base, SAS Metadata Server, SAS Share Server, SAS Scheduler, SAS Enterprise guide, SAS Data Integration Studio)
    - Operations and administration of Front-end systems (Apache, JBoss, TYPO3, MYSQL)
    - Design, implementation, tuning and operations of the database tables and indexes in SAS
    - Maintenance, operations and update of Highchairs product (web chart engine used in the web portal)
    - Management and customization of 2 frameworks to import object for Near-Real-time reports (from Nagios and PMS interfaces)
    - Definition and set-up of interface to new data sources (input) and towards 3rd parties (output)
    - Provide and present ad-hoc and periodical analysis and reports to steer and monitoring service improvement initiatives
    - Analyze KPIs and reports in order to initiate Service Improvement projects and provide feedback to on-going projects
    - Implement new or modified automatic reports (SLA, management and operative reporting) in MS Office technology
    - Standardize and continuously improve KPIs and reports
    - User management of RePortal tool
