The Financial Service Desk team is looking for a Financial Service Desk Analyst with French and English (FSD TP Analyst - 5293BR).
Essential requirements:
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory;
• A strong numerical background is essential;
• Good understanding of the financial practices applicable to the daily tasks;
• MS Office – advanced level of knowledge and usage;
• Be fully aware of own responsibilities and be capable of making decisions related to the process they are working on understand the consequences of own decisions;
• Complete 100% of the tasks in a given time, or escalate the matter in advance, if the timelines are identified as not appropriate to the tasks (too short/long);
• Prove effective verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable requirements:
• Customer centricity and experience would be a plus;
• Previous experience on P2P activities (Procure to Pay) would be desirable;
• Spanish language knowledge would be desirable.
Job purpose and key deliverables:
• Act as a point of contact for the BASS Europe organisation, ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times;
• Provide an effective and efficient customer service that interprets and satisfies all customer requirements through interface with all functions (Master Data, Finance, Banking Operations, Procurement, etc) and drive improvements with the customers on operational processes;
• Communicate the progress of the resolution of the problems and supply information, monitoring customer complaints and drive resolution.
