- Completeaza certificatele de garantie pentru produsele livrate;
- Ofera servicii de asamblare clientilor care au achizitionat componente;
- Ofera informatii clientilor cu privire la serviciile de garantie si postgarantie oferite de catre firma/furnizori/producatori;
- Ofera informatii de natura tehnica clientilor;
- Receptioneaza marfa de la transportatori si este responsabil de gestiunea produselor;
