    Cerinte

    - Experienta de minim 1 an in domeniul relatiilor cu clientii;
    - Limba engleza – nivel mediu;
    - Cunostinte tehnice;
    - Cunostinte de MS Office (Word si Excel, Outlook);
    - Abilitati de comunicare, stapanire de sine in situatii tensionate, dorinta de autodepasire;

    Responsabilitati

    - Solutionarea reclamatiilor primite tinanad cont de interesele clientilor si cu respectarea regulamentelor si procedurilor interne ale companiei;
    - Oferirea de noi alternative la problemele reclamate de clienti;
    - Preluarea apelurilor clientilor care au facut o reclamatie venite din Call Center;
    - Inregistrarea cu acuratete a informatiilor relevante in aplicatia de reclamatii;
