Compulsory skills:
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Experience in Networking (CCNA / CCNP level)
• CCNA / CCNP certification
• Knowledge and experience with data/voice communications and networking technologies such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, EIGRP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, QoS, Fiber Channel, iSCSI is required
• Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting an enterprise-class network infrastructure
• Understands, manages, and troubleshoots IT security architectures involving fire-wall/VPN, Intrusion detection/ prevention, authorization/authentication, network traffic management, network access control, and threat identification and mitiga-tion systems.
• Understanding of enterprise class networking technologies from vendors such as Cisco
• Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPN devices and other related equipment

Tasks and Activities
• Availability to work on call
• Monitor server performance and availability
• Performing administration, management and configuration for current infrastructure
• Analyze and tune performance of strategic network infrastructure. Use protocol analyzer to troubleshoot and verify proper operation of complex configurations/applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems to ensure minimal disruption.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to company policies, guide-lines, and configuration standards for all aspects of the network.
• Perform routine systems maintenance and monitoring of remote systems.
• Monitor performance and availability of network infrastructure.
• Ensure availability compliance to Service Level Agreements.
• Monitor server load and implement load balancing where appropriate.
• Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining detailed and comprehensive documentation and diagrams. Maintain expert level of knowledge in area of expertise.
