The IT Recruiter, as part of a team, will be responsible for delivering a shortlist of the best candidates for the client`s open positions. There is a high focus on the quality of the candidates concerning both technical and soft skills and on the rate at which this shortlist will be delivered.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Recruitment Coordinators and Researchers to understand, support and deliver innovative resourcing / recruitment solutions;
- Provide constructive and valuable reports for Recruitment projects, using Taleo;
- Work with Recruitment Coordinator to ensure maximum external exposure;
- Keeping the candidates up-to-date with the recruitment processes;
- Creating recruitment strategies to-be-followed in the process;
- Creating JD`s for the job-openings;
- Showing interest on technical concepts and technologies, gadgets so on;
- CV screening and interviewing;
- Creating a shortlist of suitable candidates to- be- sent to the clients;
- Acting as the interface between candidates and clients when needed;
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate data on recruitment database;
- Project management of various tasks and projects, using Taleo;
- Utilize available means, including free webinars and training sessions provided via job board vendors, to stay abreast of best practices and share improvement recommendations with colleagues.
YOU WILL NEED: the following HR Recruiter Superpowers:
- Bachelor s degree preferred but not required;
- Excellent English (speaking, writing);
- Strategic thinking: youre able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks and to be the (wo)man with a plan; you leave nothing to chance
- Creativity: you are able to manage the situations that may arise (if you have a background in recruiting you already know that it can get hectic).
- Autonomy: youre independent and require minimum directives concerning your daily recruiting tasks.
A knack for tech: you are interested in IT to the point that youre able to assess market needs, important players and trends in technologies. (ie. You know a bit more about Steve Jobs than the Ashton Kutcher movie ).
