    WHAT DO YOU BRING WITH YOU?

    • University Degree (Psychology, Sociology, Economics or Communication)
    • Relevant recruitment expertise minimum three years
    • Work experience in a multicultural environment
    • Experience in corporate internal and external marketing
    • Creativity and proactive approach
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
    • Good organizational skills
    • Loyal and honest, example with high ethical standard
    • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
    • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Driving License

    Responsibilities

    WHAT WILL YOUR JOB BE ABOUT?
    • Manage de recruitment and selection process for technical specialists
    • Maintain relationships with hiring managers to be aware of current and future hiring needs
    • Post vacancies in: newspaper advertisements, internet, internal media, social and professional networking sites, to identify and source candidates
    • Develop creative methods and strategies to target and recruit candidates, using a variety of specific recruiting tools and techniques
    • Advise managers and employees on recruiting human resources policies and procedures
    • Plan the induction training program for the new employees
    • Perform Public Relation activities: building, developing and promoting company image according with our corporate policies and methodologies
    • Organize, coordinate and supervise external events in order to increase brand awareness and maximize the impact on the market
    • Assist the HR team with other projects and tasks specific for the HR department
