Java Software Team Leader

The ideal candidate has the following:

Must:

- BSc/BA Computer Science or equivalent.
- Excellent Java knowledge of at least 5 years of experience as Java software engineer
- Code hands on abilities
- At least 2 years of experience as a Java team leader
- Proven management, employee motivation and leadership skills
- Proven experience in OO software design and multithreading programming.
- Proven experience in SQL and relational DB concepts.
- Excellent communication skills

We are looking for a technical person who will:

- Lead a team developing network management system for managing Ceragon's devices.
- Be responsible for the entire development lifecycle of the work performed by his team, that includes research, design, development, and integration testing of the developed features.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of his team members’ work.
- Be responsible for his team’s team-building process, and for the professional development of the team members.
- Take leading role in decision making regarding the NMS product future architecture.
