    Requirements

    Education and Experience Required

    First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
    3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function
    Project Management Experience
    Training Experience

    Knowledge and Skills Required

    Solid understanding of Global Procurement solutions (tools & processes)
    Strong project management skills to lead cross functional team
    Strong ability to develop training programs aligned to different stakeholder groups
    Ability to lead and deliver training sessions
    Strong knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint technologies
    Solid presentation skills
    Good leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management
    Very strong communication and influencing skills; mastery in English language
    Proven relationship management skills
    Strong ability to act as a Change Agent for positive improvement
    Strong business acumen
    Collaborates across regions and business units
    Solid geographic knowledge (regions specific / global)

    Responsibilities

    This position is in the Solutions and Operations (S&O) team within HP’s Global Procurement (GP) organization. S&O is chartered to design, deliver and manage effective and efficient procurement solutions that simplify and streamline the procurement experience for HP’s employees.



    Specific accountabilities include:

    Leads large, complex, global solution deployments
    Develops and executes comprehensive Management of Change plans
    Prepares all communications required for the project and secures appropriate approvals before release
    Performs business readiness assessments to develop process and/or training requirements
    Develops standard and consistent process documentation
    Identifies, prepares and/or coordinates the preparation of all necessary training materials resulting from process design activities
    Leads training execution to ensure effective solution deployments and adoption at global, regional and country levels
