Global Remote Services, GRS, is the oldest and leading Independent Contact Centre provider in Romania, with ten years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market.
Founded in January 2004, in Bucharest, GRS provides a broad range of multilingual and multi-channel contact center and back office services to organizations across Europe.

Global Remote Services has 3 offices in Romania, 2 in Bucharest and one, recently open, in Piatra Neamt. The company has now more than 500 employees and plans to continue its development.

Candidat Idéal:

- Une très bonne maîtrise de la langue Française
- Une bonne maîtrise de la langue Italienne
- Compétences en communication très bonnes
- Expérience antérieure dans un centre d'appel représente un avantage
- Bonne connaissance du PC au niveau basique

Gérer des appels entrants en Français et Italien et être fluent dans des conversations avec des natifs.
