•Bachelor Degree in computer science and relevant experience as junior .NET and Sharepoint programmer;
•Experience in development using SharePoint technology 2007 and 2010 (asset);
•Web development experience using Visual Studio 2010, .NET Framework 3.5-4.0,
•ASP.NET web forms, C# (essential);
•Knowledge of SharePoint Designer (big asset);
•Knowledge of Javascript, jQuery, CSS (essential);
•Knowledge of Object Oriented Design (essential);
•Main Microsoft Office tools (essential);
•T-SQL standard (Microsoft SQL SERVER) (asset);
•Telerik Ajax Controls (asset);
•Aspose library (asset);
•Good knowledge in XML/XSLT/XSD (asset);
•Knowledge of process management tools, collaboration solutions (asset);
•Microsoft Certification (asset);
•Interpersonal and teamwork skills;
•Analytical ability and capacity for synthesizing;
•Significant learning ability;
•Ability to react quickly under pressure;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), French is an asset.

•Define innovative technical solutions from needs expressed by users or from functional specifications;
•Make the necessary programming to deliver or modify collaboration and workflow solutions;
•Develop and execute unit tests to ensure that the solution meets the provided specifications;
•Document the technical design and participate in code reviews within the team;
•Participate in the evaluation of impacts and implementation efforts for projects;
•Work closely with other members of the development team and with other IT teams.
