    Responsibilities

    •PIT, Concentra, CDS+ and Literature server are the primary program assets within the Document Management Program for marketing and sales documents.
    •Unstructured Content and Document Management (UCM Doc team) is the business team responsible for managing the system-of-record assets for unstructured marketing and sales content. UCM Doc team provides one consolidated, end-to-end solution for sourcing & managing all unstructured sales & marketing content from product introduction and launch planning through publishing and documentarchival.
    •The mission of the Document Management Team is to manage unstructured content stored in the Concentra repository and ensure its availability across various publishing systems. The team is responsible for the timeliness and quality of documents sourced from Concentra.
    •End to end document management: file submittal, metadata maintenance, communication with requester, publishing, troubleshooting
    •Link between document owners and publishing systems and tools interface
    •Ensure HP documents are published with the expected timeliness & quality
    •Understand business requirements and processes, provide solutions for managing and publishing documents according to business needs
    •Understand business metrics and contribute to activity results
    •Contribute to team’s operational effectiveness, ensure team’s Service level agreements are met, synchronize efforts with team for increasing results
    •Be creative and initiate improvements in processes
    •Train new members of the team or from any other team on current or new processes
    •Share best practices and golden rules and contribute to Process Documentation
    •Support the Operational Lead in standardizing the processes across all document creation, storage and publishing areas
