Terminology Operations Administrator

• Linguistics (at least 1 additional on top of English)
• Data Mining (term mining and data mining tool usage)
• Research (term attribute consolidation)
• Communication and Project Management (work with regional/country contacts in BU to consolidate and/or approve translations)
• Analytics (consolidate key metrics and report)

Perform terminology related tasks for the consolidation of company keywords and key marketing messaging for NPIs, Campaigns and Events and their approved translations (according to BU language scope). This consists in:
• Working on WW GBU Asset tracker to identify new product name, technology or features (using term mining tool set)
• Researching context information, Business Unit, Category for identified keywords
• Managing approval process with region/country contacts to ensure identified keywords are translated & reviewed by SME
• Storing English keywords and localized version in terminology database
• Consolidating operations metrics: number of new terms per NPI, per langue, and so on.
