    Requirements

    Key skills and competences

    • BS/BA degree
    • 7+ years of progressive HR experience; strengths in talent management and organizational development desired
    • Experience of partnering with management and proven ability to influence and facilitate HR strategy
    • Experience of driving organizational change and identifying critical HR practices that help support change overall
    • Passion for applying new processes, tools and technology in a way that measurably improves business performance
    • Fluent in English language

    Responsibilities

    For our client, a health imaging and information technology solutions company, leader in its’ field, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager (HRBP Eastern Europe), for their Centre of Excellence in Bucharest.

    You will be primarily responsible for leading the delivery of Human Resources support to approximately 100 employees in the Global Shared Services organization, and the newly forming European Centre of Excellence located in Bucharest, Romania. In addition, this role provides HR support to Poland and our Eastern European business cluster.

    This role will provide the full spectrum of Human Resources support, focusing on key initiatives in talent acquisition and management, employee relations and organizational development in support of the Shared Services organization and the Centre of Excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess organization capabilities and initiate HR action plans to meet operational and strategic objectives
    • Drive the development of the organizations talent to meet changing demands
    • Recommend organization structure and changes based on business needs
    • Provide coaching & counseling to employees and managers
    • Implement proactive communications to ensure a positive employee relations culture
    • Develop and implement employee relations initiatives in pursuit of business objectives
    • Execute the corporate and regional programs of talent management using agreed standard methods and protocols
    • Lead or participate in corporate and regional projects as appropriate
    • Ensure HR services and processes meet client needs
    • Ensure compliance with country employment-related laws
    • Plan, develop and coordinate the execution of HR policies, procedures, and operations; monitor compliance with group wide policies, procedures and regulations
    • Monitor local market trends on salary and benefits and make appropriate recommendations to regarding compensation and benefits to ensure the company is able to recruit and retain appropriate staff
