    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent degree;
    • End user knowledge for ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Business Objects, BI and Hyperion Financial Management is desirable;
    • Expert in MS Office Tools (Excel, Access, Power point);
    • Advanced in VBA and SQL;
    • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication);
    • Strong analytical skills with quantitative reasoning, including the ability to think differently about the data which may lead to less obvious conclusions;
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines and balancing workload demands;
    • Self-starter and self-finisher with high energy level;
    • Challenges the status quo and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement;
    • Quickly adapts to changing circumstances;
    • Ability to learn key business drivers and metrics for multiple functions;
    • Demonstrated capability of managing multiple, concurrent tasks;
    • Excellent Data Mining skills;

    Additional Qualifications

    • Background or experience in Quality Assurance or Statistics is a plus;
    • Should be highly specialized in programming and quality related issues;
    • Six Sigma skills preferred;
    • Self-motivated, self-starter, result oriented individual;
    • Able to follow standard processes;
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently, as well as part of a team;
    • Ability to present complex data in simple and understandable manner;
    • Strong business analytical skills and quantitative reasoning, with ability to apply to various functions from a global or regional mindset;
    • Demonstrated ability to finish tasks in a timely manner with high quality;
    • Adept at prioritizing work and coordinating tasks simultaneously;
    • Show flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work environment and requirements, work under pressure with sense of urgency, and meet tight deadlines;
    • Flexibility to work Global Timings;
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, align and integrate with other team / sites at HSM.

    Responsibilities

    Produces monthly and quarterly data analysis of warranty costs, field failures and customer complaint data to assist in the identification of root causes of product issues.
    • Identifies and qualifies appropriate methods for validating and verifying database extraction and data integrity.
    • Prepares detailed recommendations for areas of focus and improvement, based on data analysis
    • Documents data extraction, validation, and analysis
    • Maintenance of standard work documentation.
    • Works with Corporate Quality team to define, support, and execute product and process data analysis.
    • Participates and supports project improvement teams with data extraction, validation and analysis.
    • Supports the development of company measurement systems to monitor performance.
    • Provides training to others, as needed, on proper methods of extracting and analysing data.
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Responsible for looking at data in order to determine if services provided are meeting quality standards;
    • Improve the processes through which the company operates;
    • Collect data to see if the company products and services are of high quality;
    • Develop models to test quality in the relevant areas;
    • Present the improvement results to the top management;
    • Analyze software and processes from the end customers view point;
    • Ensure that high quality programs and processes and implemented in a way that is easy to use for other employees in the organization;
    • Test the programs rigorously and continuously to check for accuracy of results and confirming the program's reliability.
