    Requirements

    - Strong writing and communication skills required. Ability to effectively communicate in English is a required.
    - good analytical background to understand customer needs and translate them into specs for IT and steering come
    - Associates degree in an Information Technology (IT) related discipline, required - must understand how software development works but not too much in depth
    - Experience with end-user or customer support in an IT environment
    - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required
    - Proficiency with MS SharePoint end-user features, e.g. navigation or file check in/out, required.
    - Analytical abilities (prioritize correctly and redirect to the right department)
    - Proactive, helpful, constructive & open communication

    Responsibilities

    The purpose of this role is to be the Global Administrator for the “PRoFit” tool (Project Review and Forecast Integrated Tool) used within Honeywell Process Solutions across all LineOfBusiness’s. Other tools used in Project monitoring and tracking (like eEAC, eCOAT) might be added to this role over time.
    The job will entail working closely with the PRoFIT day to day users (Project Managers, Project Controls), the PRoFIT Steering Committee Team and the Honeywell IT team. The Administrator will be the focal contact point of the tool and the primary interface with Honeywell IT for technical issues. The PRoFIT Administrator will report into the PM/PCO Excellence Group

    2. Direct Responsibilities
    - Primary contact point for technical issues reported by users (Answering technical queries and assisting users).
    - System troubleshooting: Report issues, data load issues, etc reported by users to Honeywell IT and follow up. ( manage IT tickets)
    - Report enhancement requests from users to PRoFIT Steering Committee
    - Perform daily system monitoring , verifying the integrity, availability and performance of the PRoFit tool
    - User Administration: Add, remove, or update user account information per request.
    - Master data tables Administration: Add, remove, or update master data information per request.
    - Monthly status reporting to PRoFIT Chairman
    - Administrator ownership of the PRoFIT tool. Yearly maintenance.
    - Limited travel requirements
