    Requirements

    Job purpose:
    You’ll be the first point of contact for the company, and your daily tasks will mainly consist of providing general administrative and clerical support. Although it’s an office job, sometimes you’ll have to make short trips to our collaborators or suppliers.

    In order to become our colleague, you should be a real team player, collaborative, willing to help and to assume responsibility.

    You will have international exposure, so you should have excellent communication skills in English, in written and spoken form.

    In addition, we're looking for:

    High school diploma (mandatory);
    At least 1 year experience of working within an office environment;
    Verbal and written communication skills;
    Very good interpersonal skills;
    MS Office (very good);
    High attention to details;
    Responsible and serious;
    Polite and very well organized;
    Flexible and open-minded;
    Fast learning, responsive, positive attitude;
    Comfortable to easily initiate communication with other people.

    Responsibilities

    What you should do:

    Answer telephone, deliver messages;
    Greet visitors, give general information in response to inquiries;
    Operate office equipment (scan, printer, fax);
    Register incoming /outgoing documents;
    File documents, notes, and correspondence;
    Update various documents and spreadsheet files;
    Arrange couriers, check and sign for deliveries;
    Place orders for office supplies (Stationary & kitchen/cleaning supplies) and maintain adequate stocks;
    Assist the CTO of the company and/or the staff when necessary;
    Arrange travels and/or accommodation for company’s partners and guests;
    Type and/or translate documents or other materials when needed;
    Schedule appointments, conference rooms;
    Assist with events planning (parties, team buildings);
    Monitor and ensure that the office area is kept tidy and well maintained, and projects a professional image.
