In Romania, Goodyear Dunlop has been present since 1999 and it is represented by two different legal entities, Goodyear Dunlop Tires (Sales Office) and Goodyear Operations.

Goodyear Operations Romania is the Global Business Services Center of Goodyear Dunlop EMEA. The GBS Center in Bucharest started back in July 2011. The core mission of the Center has always been to provide internal customer satisfaction with the shared responsibility of delivery - Driving performance as ONE TEAM.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Diploma holder
- 0-3 years of experience in Factory accounting and/or in General Accounting
- The candidate must but fluent (writing and speaking) in English
- Fluency in one other European language will be considered as a strong asset
- Good communication & Collaboration skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge desired and SAP knowledge an asset
- Demonstrate high reliability and self motivation
- Drive accountability and results

The Factory Accountant supports the delivery of Factory accounting services in accordance with SLAs while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in the drive for exceptional customer service, operational excellence and compliance.
The Factory Accountant will have the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the analysis and execution of daily and end of period transactions pertaining to and required for Factory accounting purposes, provide prompt and accurate recording of financial transactions (e.g. daily/monthly stock reconciliation, stock valuation) in line with relevant requirements, policies and procedures.
- Reconcile the Factory and inventory accounts and journals, and ensure that updates are made accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support preparation of documents and adjustments for monthly, quarterly and year-end close
- Gather, collate and analyze data as necessary in order to prepare and maintain various reports as and when needed.
