IT Helpdesk Technician with German and English

Ideally-graduated computer science or an equivalent qualification successfully completed
Work experience in customer support environment (call center, help desk)
Knowledge in IT Service Management according to ITIL and ITIL or Microsoft certification is an advantage.
Good skills in the latest operating systems and applications.
Very good German and English comands (both speaking and writing)
Your communication skills and teamwork spirit, your customer oriented thinking and acting, as well as your willingness for shift work, complete your profile.

You will take over IT incidents and record these in our ticket system.
In this regard, you provide the first analysis and the remedy of the IT incidents or forward them to further service units.
In addition, you will support our client's users remotely with software and hardware problems.
Your assignment is completed by the participation in the continuous development of service processes within the Incident Management Process.
