• Previous Project Management experience – preferable
• Business analysis ideally with experience in a Sales/DemGen environment
• Ability to convert data into relevant business information
• Expert skill level of Microsoft Excel is a must (ideally with Visual Basic Experience)
• Very good communicator across peers and management
• Very Good Building relationship
• Good Influencing & negotiating
• Solid planning & organising skills

• Lead/Create/Formalise collaborative community for WE Apps Leads area
• Gathering, understanding and capturing business issues/requirements
• Drive stakeholders to take ownership toward resolution of the identified challenges. Escalate if resolution/improvements in the Lead area are not achieved
• Extracting necessary information from various data sources to build meaningful business intelligence enabling informed decisions.
• Collide information from various business stakeholders to build a complete view of the state of nation
• Help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery and understanding of lead management process.

• Work in full synergy with DPO and SalesSupport to ensure Fusion lead picture is under-control and reflected in SI
• Combining technical and communication skills in order to link key information and key people across different Lines of Business, aiming to create and implement new processes.
