    Requirements

    •3+ years experience working in a marketing / program management role
    • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
    • Strong skills in running programmatic campaigns. Good communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organisational ability, systematic approach to demand generation. Driven by goals and standards of excellence.
    • Excellent English written and verbal communication, including presentation skills. Additional European language skills are a plus.
    • Aptitude for, or experience in, the IT business. Ability to make the link between customer needs and OU solutions.
    • Ability to understand and analyse the industry and market. Proactive, creative and innovative thinker.
    • Professional with strong planning skills. Motivation to continuously expand personal professional knowledge.
    • Willingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environment.
    • Extremely comfortable working in a remote team

    Responsibilities

    • Drive the campaign planning process for transactional demand generation, involving key senior stakeholders in sales management, delivery and operations within OU and Resellers. Be the key interface for OU demand generation to these organizations.
    • Maintain and drive consolidated lead generation planning and execution to meet defined pipeline generation and revenue targets in line with country goals and corporate guidelines.
    • Write, create, provide key localized marketing deliverables as required for the countries including printed flyers, posters, eBlasts, direct mail, presentations, website content.
    • Organize and run local Oracle University integration into key license marketing, partner and Oracle University owned events as defined together with sales management.
    • Define and execute on individual Key Account Marketing plans together with the OU Key Account Sales team and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Support the Oracle University Partner and Reseller organization with key deliverables, guidelines and tactical campaigns to drive target achievement.
    • Ensure full engagement of sales teams in relevant campaigns via ongoing communication and full involvement in the sales team.
    • Responsibilities may also include: co-ordination of all contributors to campaign delivery; delivering campaign briefings, continuous improvement in contacts lists and campaign content, ensuring efficiency of lead flow, reporting on results of campaigns, assessing campaign effectiveness, recommending areas of improvement.
