    Requirements

    The Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
     Strong functional background with a degree in business of Finance or mathematics
     Knowledge of financial markets and processes in front, middle or back offices will be useful
     Posses �can-do� attitude and able to work under stress
     Resourceful and creative in problem resolution
     Able to identify issues, analyse implications, consider options and evaluate risks
     Strong customer service skills
     Able to work independently and yet contribute as a team player


    The role reports into the FusionInvest ESG Manager

    Responsibilities

    The Role
    The main tasks will include investigation of issues and perform its qualification as Bug, Normal Behavior or Enhancement Request. Whenever a case is classified as a bug, you will be responsible for searching for a potential workaround that may unblock the client and provide a clear functional description of the problem, root cause analysis and how to reproduce scenario. You will also have the opportunity of testing and validation of the new release of Misys products.

    Responsbilities
    In-depth financial knowledge of calculation models and quantitative skills, like calculations in excel to check the pricing or the risk indicators of financial instruments or explain the Profit & Lost report results, are a must.

    As a member of the ESG team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
    1. Respond to and resolve client problems within performance standards
    2. Supply calculations in excel to check the pricing or the risk indicators of vanilla financial instruments
    3. Explain the P&L report results
    4. Test and validate new software versions and patches
    5. Liaise with developers on software bugs, specifications & user requirements
    6. Propose workaround solutions and provide customizations when appropriate
    7. Build strong relationship with front-line groups in order to stay in tune with their needs
    8. Provide on-site assistance as and when required
