    Cerinte

    Student sau absolvent de studii liceale cu diploma de bacalaureat;
    Cunostiinte de limba engleza la un nivel mediu conversational;
    Bune abilitati de comunicare si orientare catre clienti;
    Gestionarea clientilor si a situatiilor dificile;
    Abilitati de calcul numeric si de logica.

    Responsabilitati

    Efectuarea de operatiuni cu numerar (incasari si plati catre client/persoane autorizate din cadrul companiei) cu respectarea procedurilor interne;
    Predarea si preluarea gestiunii la finalul programului de lucru sub forma de proces verbal, numarand si verificand cu atentie sumele din gestiune;
    Supraveghearea salii de jocuri si asigurarea desfasurarii in parametrii normali a activitatii in cadrul acestuia;
    Acordarea de suport clientilor si explicarea regulilor de joc;
    Informarea clientilor cu privire la campaniile promotionale, tombole sau alte evenimente organizate in cadrul salii de joc sau la nivel de companie.
