    Required Education and Experience

    High School Diploma or equivalent and significant experience in a related field required
    Language Skills:

    Ÿ English

    Ÿ At least two second languages (depends on assignment to specific market(s): Spanish, Italian, Polish, French or German)

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel
    Strong communication skills
    Ability to work in a multi-task, team environment
    Strong customer service focus
    High attention to detail



    Preferred Criteria

    University Degree in Finance or related field
    Experience with SAP ERP system
    Additional Dutch language skills
    Solid time management skills
    Quick learner
    Strong problem solving skills
    Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraints
    Ability to work in a team environment
    Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment
    Training and certification in Six Sigma or LEAN
    Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
    Processed and Packaged foods industry experience

    Responsabilitati

    The Procure to Pay (PTP) Associate is responsible for performing a diverse set of work activities included in the end-to-end PTP process for the Kellogg's organization. In support of the Global Business Services strategic objectives, the PTP Associate will:

    Deliver consistent and reliable performance on the scanning fulfillment of all invoices and other payables-related documentation
    Create a seamless and satisfying internal and external customer experience for all interactions with the Kellogg's Center PTP team
    Consistently meet compliance measures and achieve service level agreements
    Achieve and sustain best practices in effectiveness, quality service and efficiency within a strong internal control framework
    Pursue continuous improvements aimed at continually challenging the norm and being innovative in order to drive efficiencies and decrease costs
    Contribute to a team environment that is focused on high performance and operational excellence.

    Responsibilities:
    The PTP Associate may perform some or all of the work activities below:

    Customers and Operations

    Responsible for ensuring that PTP deliverables are at an agreed level of quality and are delivered within a strong internal control framework, abiding by Kellogg'sCorporate Accounting Policy
    Responsible for the management and daily scanning of all payable related paper/e-mail documentation into the Portal ready for processing. Partners with markets to meet country-specific tax filing requirements
    Support the Business Process Outsourcers to ensure that all paper based documentation including self-bill agreements, direct debit mandates and others are managed on a pro-active basis ensuring turnaround times within the agreed service levels
    Manage and maintain the SAP workflow tool working closely with the HR team to ensure starters and leavers are properly managed and non-compliance is escalated as appropriate
    Manage the creation and issue of new travel lodge cards or P-cards working closely with the procurement teams and Travel Manager within the European organization and provide month summary reports
    Support the production of monthly reports and assist in escalation efforts for non-compliance of blocked invoices
    Ensure consistent application and adherence of all company PTP policies, including GAAP, SOX, corporate tax structure (i.e., ROUPEE), and audit requirements as well as adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    Perform other responsibilities assigned by GBS Leadership

    Build individual skills and capabilities through learning opportunities such as training courses and on-the-job training; strive to be a process champion or expert for the end-to-end PTP process
    Contribute to the overall learning of the PTP Team through sharing of best work practices and peer-to-peer coaching
    Support implementation of improvements for process efficiency, quality and control KPIs
