We need expertise in the following key areas:
- Ruby core;
- Understanding MVC pattern;
- Ruby on Rails framework;
- Understanding ORM technology;
- Understanding of relational database functionality and design.

You will:
- Participate in the analysis and design phases for building components of larger systems;
- Responsible for developing the application User Interface pages and components, program specifications or prototypes;
- Responsible for the unit testing of his own work and also for peer-to-peer testing
- Works under routine supervision;
- Uses minor discretion in resolving problems or inquiries works without frequent reference to others;
- Acquiring a proper understanding of a problem or situation by breaking it down systematically into its component parts and identifying the relationships between these parts, selecting the appropriate method/tool to resolve the problem and reflecting on the result, such that learning is identified and absorbed;
- Understanding of a current implemented solution using the Ruby on Rails technology and bug fixing.
