    For our team, we are looking for an experienced professional to fulfill the Accountant role within our BPO services.

    Requirements:

    • Finance / Accounting degree.
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience within a consultancy company.
    • Certified Chartered accountant (member of“CECCAR”), an advantage.
    • Solid statutory accounting, reporting and tax knowledge.
    • Proficiency in English and German - medium/intermediate level.
    • Computer literacy (SAP - mandatory, MS NAV-NAVISION - an advantage).
    • Able to work independently and take initiative.
    • Solid analytical skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines).
    • International business exposure, working in a multi-cultural environment and global organizations.
    • Excellent team player with very good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong focus on efficiency.
    • Motivation for professional development and a genuine desire to develop skills.
    • Communicates clearly important information’s to management.

    Responsabilitati

    Main responsibilities:

    • Preparation and posting of journal entries, ensure accounting books comply with local statutory requirements and accepted policies and procedures for entities with various domain of activities (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel expenses, banking processes).
    • Prepare month-end close to ensure that statutory closing is prepared timely.
    • Preparation of the statutory financial statements.
    • Balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
    • Follow and keep track of all the projects allocated.
