With more than 4,000 employees in our Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, and Iasi offices, we take pride in being the largest employer and talent developer in the business services industry. Work from the office, home, or just about anywhere

In Bucharest, our office is located in the Hermes Business Park, a mere 300 m from the Pipera subway station. An advanced German level is mandatory and you will also need a good level of English to do the job right.

This role is a key link between your clients and their providers, as you will oversee the process of supplies’ delivery. Deep understanding of your clients' business, great negotiating skills and market awareness is required from you to become a trusted partner for our customers.
•Processing & booking of purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, materials catalogues, delivery notes, goods receipts and other procurement documents
•Reception and verification of requisitioning of users and buyers
•Recommend suppliers based on both price and non-price factors
