QA Team Lead

More than 13 years have passed from 2006, when our adventure begun. Our purpose was to become a reliable partner for businesses and organizations that aim to grow and architect their future within their industry and outside of it.

We are searching for a dynamic and highly professional environment, QA team leader with both strong technical and managerial abilities. The team is responsible to support the unit projects from definition and design, going through development and testing, up till production upload and ongoing maintenance.

- 3 years prior experience as a team leader.
- 5-7 years’ experience in software testing in international Hi-Tech product oriented companies in the fields of Internet or Software based.
- Experience working with systems that are Web based, understanding of the User’s experience.
- Must have an experience with working on client-server and DB based complex solutions.
- In depth familiarity with testing methodology (test documents such as STP, STD, STR, Agile and work with testing tools and follow up).
- Experience with automated test procedures – an advantage.
- Ability to work within international business environment.

- Lead and Mentor the team test engineers.
- Leading and centralize all aspects of the products quality.
- Detailed design of the testing procedure and ongoing reporting on its progress to the unit manager.
- Define and adapt testing procedures and quality control process.
- Lead the automation process in the unit.
- Work closely with different interfaces such as developers and project manager in order to ensure high quality products.

Other requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Computer Science Degree
