    Requirements

    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Communications/Events/Marketing, Public Relations, or similar;
    Minimum of 2 - 3 years of organization events, developing and executing tradeshows and events plans and programs

    Additional Qualifications:
    Experience in both external communications and field marketing.
    Experience in a global corporate environment is preferred.
    Wireless and mobile technology experience is preferred.
    Strong business acumen and the ability to strategically interface with and influence key stakeholders, particularly at the executive level.
    Ability to identify, assess, understand and make appropriate recommendations to meet employee communication needs.
    Experience creating effective messaging for internal and external audiences and managing a range of communication media including face-to-face (town halls, executive speeches), print, online, social and multimedia.
    Exceptional writing and editing skills, as evidenced by past experience and writing samples. Strong verbal communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
    Excellent project management, problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    Problem solving skills, with specific focus on developing new, creative ways to drive communications in a changing business environment.
    Sound judgment and business maturity to protect the company's reputation during crisis situations.
    Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build teamwork and trust.
    Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
    Demonstrated leadership skills to lead work groups and teams.
    Positive attitude and willingness to embrace change.
    20% domestic travel may be required.

    Nice to have Qualifications:
    Experience in organizing IT Events
    Additional second European Language
    Experience in using specific tools in Event management (Microsoft management, PPT, Excel, Word, Salesforce.com)

    Responsibilities

    We are seeking EMEA EVENT AND TRADESHOW Coordinatorfor our Scanning & Mobility Strategic Business Unit to drive the development and execution of business communications.

    As EMEA EVENT AND TRADESHOW Coordinator you will be responsible for execution of tradeshows and event plans and programs designed to build partners, resellers and external stakeholder’s awareness and understanding of the businesses vision and strategic direction. This position reports to the Marketing Communications Leader, EMEIA, and will have a matrix report to a senior Marketing Communications professional and is located in Bucharest, Romania.
    Main Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute tradeshow and events specific communications strategies that are strongly linked to business strategy and performance requirements.
    Drive and manage budgets for tradeshows and events that are aligned with AOP (annual operating plan) budgets and allocations
    Manage third parties to make sure that they deliver results on-time and on-budget
    Support the EMEIA Tradeshow Manager as required
    Support global marketing communications function for HSM
    Support the Marketing Team whenever required
