Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or similar.
Minimum of 2-3 years of Communications or Public Relations experience developing and implementing communications plans and programs

Additional Qualifications:
Experience in both external communications and field marketing.
Experience in a global corporate environment is preferred.
Wireless and mobile technology experience is preferred.
Strong business acumen and the ability to strategically interface with and influence key stakeholders, particularly at the executive level.
Ability to identify, assess, understand and make appropriate recommendations to meet employee communication needs.
Experience creating effective messaging for internal and external audiences print, online, social and multimedia.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, as evidenced by past experience and writing samples. Strong verbal communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
Excellent project management, problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proven experience in working with digital marketing tools.
Problem solving skills, with specific focus on developing new, creative ways to drive communications in a changing business environment.
Sound judgment and business maturity to protect the company's reputation during crisis situations.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build teamwork and trust.
Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.

10-15% domestic travel may be required.

As Marketing Communications Specialist you will be responsible for developing, creating and managing effective external communications content, plans and programs designed to build partners, resellers and external stakeholders awareness and understanding of the businesses vision and strategic direction,. This position reports to the Marketing Communications Leader, EMEIA, and will have a matrix report to a senior Marketing Communications professional and is located in Bucharest, Romania.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop content specific communications strategies that are strongly linked to business strategy and performance requirements.
Develop and support overall communications programs; product launches; vertical market creative and offering-specific materials
Create content for delivery mechanisms such as the print on demand portal and promotional website; planning and executing related tradeshows; providing customer specific program support in the form of communications plans, customer events and campaigns, developing sales and case study communications, knowledge management and presentations in support of the sales process
Provide ongoing external and channel communications support and counsel to senior business leadership
Support change management and crisis response activities. Develop proactive and reactive communications strategies that address issues that may affect the company's reputation.
