    Requirements

    Strong communication skills (Italian Speaker)
    Skilled database user experience (Oracle SQL)
    Familiar with SQL*Plus
    Familiar with database management programs (TOAD, SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer)
    Basic knowledge of Oracle database architecture
    Good knowledge of office suite in particular excel

    Nice to have
    Industry Resources (energy) Skills
    Experience with billing systems

    Responsibilities

    Troubleshoot and resolve medium complexity production data issues
    Analysis of completeness and consistency of orders
    Loading data with semi-automatic and manual procedures
    Act as technical resource
    Provide data analysis and validation and data cleaning if required
    Interact with internal and external clients to understand requirements, explain issues and prioritize TT
    Provide mentoring, guidance and training to less-experienced employee in order to improve productivity and efficiencies
