- Minimum 1 year experience in a direct marketing/promoter adviser position;
- University graduate;
- Good English level;
- Availability for a full-time job;
- Ability to work autonomously and take initative;
- Attention to details;

As a Direct Marketing Specialist, you will have to cover 2 areas:

• E-mail marketing
- Work closely with the project managers on direct marketing campaigns;
- Promotion through e-mail marketing or other channels in order to attract candidates;
- Identification, selection and confirmation of the candidates;
- Copywriting for newsletters & e-mails;

• BTL (Promoter Coordinator):
- The recruitment, selection and management of the promoter team;
- Manage the database of all promoters;
- Managing & coordinating large groups of promoters;
- Scheduling of promoters timetables and attendances;
- Keeping the relationship with State authorities and with the Universities.
