    BrandShout is an international start-up launched in 2010.
    We are in the business of helping organizations (be it NGOs, companies, universities or sport clubs) to promote their brands and improve their visual identity by providing branded merchandise solutions. To make it concrete, we import, personalize and distribute anything from T-shirts, Polo shirts and hoodies to office supplies, gifts, gadgets and roll-up banners.

    Requirements

    Role of this position:
    • Essential: Make sure that our customers are delighted when doing business with us and turn into recurrent clients
    • Expand our portfolio of accounts by approaching new potential customers in Romania and abroad


    Ideal Candidate Profile
    1. Sales skills: presenting products and services, making offers, account management
    2. A strong interest for developing marketing skills: digital marketing, social media, basic SEO, web analytics, running promotion campaigns
    3. Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills
    4. Good communication skills, proficient in using English in oral and written communication
    5. Creativity in decision making and problem solving
    6. Work experience: it is not required but we value experience in customer service and sales
    7. Preferred: studies of Marketing or Communication
    8. Advantages: basic experience in using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design software; knowledge of German or French

    Responsibilities

    1. Customer engagement : discover needs, make proposals and offers, service orders, obtain feedback, build a long term relationship
    2. Propose & run marketing projects to increase our visibility and sales in the target audience
    3. Collaborate with design freelancers, Supply Chain & Logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time and respect the quality standards
    4. Preserve customer information in the CRM
    5. Deliver weekly & monthly activity reports concerning customer engagement and the sales pipeline

    • Company laptop and mobile subscription
    • Net monthly income of 1000 lei + performance bonuses based on a set of commonly agreed performance indicators
    • Full time: 8 hours/day; 160 hours/month
    • 22 days of paid leave per year
