    Requirements

    Requirements and Qualifications:


    •Minimum 2 years of accounting experience;
    •Excellent English AND French/German communication skills - both written and verbal;
    •Proficient in Microsoft Office - advanced level of Excel;
    •Complete work with a limited degree of supervision, as well as part of a team;
    •Ability to take a broad perspective to problems and identify solutions;
    •Excellent communication skills;
    •May have limited travel internationally.

    Responsibilities

    Perform a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical and accounting functions within the Accounting department. May perform one or more of the following duties:
    •Assist on the statutory and internal accounting requirements for multiple Xerox companies;
    •Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet and related reports for submission to US parent company in accordance with strict reporting deadlines;
    •Process, verify and audit invoices, expense reports, journal entries, purchase orders, etc.;
    •Balance items, entries or amounts related to documents processed;
    •Reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare balance sheet reconciliation and clear exception items;
    •Post journal entries to general ledgers and sub-ledgers;
    •Respond to routine questions related to areas of responsibility;
    •Comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other internal controls;
    •May have to participate/cooperate with audits (internal and external);
    •Interact with colleagues around the world.
