    Requirements

    1) Database management:
    a) Global economics
    o Perform data collection (should cost engineers, web search, internal Honeywell contacts)
    o Quaterly up-dates of should cost software and common files through data collection (ShC Eng, web search, …)
    o Quaterly up-date of RM database (per IDM, per supplier)
    b) Capitalization :
    o Maintain database of process and supplier inputs based on ShC Engineers inputs
    o Create and maintain Database of process/technical data from RFQs (machining Ctimes, labor, …)
    o Maintain database to assess volume effect from RFQs
    o Collect and store all RFQs from suppliers
    c) Toolings:
    o Maintain database from RFQs, affidavit, etc …

    2) Design to Cost software:
    a) Extract and up-load RFQs in the tool, and merge with design features received by ShC Engineers
    b) Search drawings/3D in PDM to prepare technical assessment
    c) Up-load pics of each component in the database
    d) Quaterly raw material and Fx up-date

    3) Others:
    a) Consolidate Should cost request trackers with ISS inputs, make sure latest RFQs values are loaded on trackers
    b) Support building some powerpoints for training books

    Responsibilities


    • University degree in engineering (need technical understanding), or related field;
    • Excellent English skills, other languages would be an advantage ;
    • Advanced Excel skills;
    • Experience in purchasing is a plus, preferably within the Automotive Industry
    • Ability to communicate concisely at all levels inside and outside the company
