    Requirements

    We are looking for a new colleague for a sales position. She/he will be in charge with business development for out IT recruitment and HR consulting services.

    You either have:
    - Previous experience in sales, with demonstrated success in direct-sourcing and prospecting of new clients. Strong interest in learning about HR and recruitment.
    OR
    - Previous experience in recruitment or any HR-related role, with a strong interest in sales.

    We expect you to have:
    - Fluent English (many of our customers are foreign)
    - Business acumen or interest in building one
    - Previous IT knowledge (about technologies and / or IT market) or strong interest in IT
    - Excellent professional written and oral communication skills
    - Initiative, ambition & willingness to learn
    - Strong presentation and negotiating skills

    Responsibilities

    What will you be in charge with?
    - All sales activities: lead generation, proposal writing, meetings with clients, contract negotiation, closing and account management (this means a mix between hunting and farming activities)
    - Developing the existing client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities
    - Designing and implementing sales campaigns focused on our services
