    Requirements

    We are looking for multilingual and dynamic professionals who are currently working in a staffing environment and wishing to progress into a key client management role. Ideally you have gathered your recruitment and selection experience (inhouse and/or agency) in a fast-paced multinational technology environment.

    As you will be responsible for pan-European recruitment projects, you need to be fluent in Romanian and English; additional European languages would be advantageous. In addition you will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with candidates and clients.

    Responsibilities

    Working in the position of Staffing Specialist you will assume responsibility for the entire recruitment process. Your role will be to work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their immediate and future recruitment requirements, devise, develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies and effectively manage the talent pool of candidates. This will include:
    - Proactively manage the recruitment process from requisition to placement with a focus on the direct sourcing of the highest quality talent;
    - Engage with stakeholders to promote the recruitment process;
    - Update E-Talent on weekly basis with updates on requisition stage and status;
    - Review shortlist of candidates from Resourcing Consultants where applicable and deliver appropriate feedback to Resourcing Consultants;
    - Develop & deliver candidate attraction strategies;
    - Implement new initiatives relating to candidate attraction;
    - Manage provision of comprehensive and timely feedback to candidates;
    - Utilize available technology to track and monitor all recruitment activity;
    - Ensure that recruitment SLA’s are monitored and measured;
    - Participate in requisition review calls with Honeywell Staffing leaders to collaborate with members of the staffing team to fulfill requisition requirements within defined SLAs parameters;
    - Proactive input into maximizing efficiency of recruiting process, raising relevant actions to Staffing Manager for endorsement and implementation;
