- Excellent English skills both written and spoken (yes, we will test you).
- Technical affinity proven by studies, experience or personal projects.
- Attention to details and very good communication skills.
- Experience in customer support or technical support.
- Fresh graduates or students are welcomed also.
- Availability to work on 24/7 shifts (preferable evening shifts).

If you feel that you can be part of our team, this is a list with your main responsibilities:
- You will be offering technical assistance (internet connections troubleshooting) by phone for those customers that are using high speed internet solutions. The customers are hotel guests, since our customer is a well-known internet provider for 5 Stars Hotel Chains from Europe.
- According to your availability and projects complexity you will be involved in other technical projects as well, because we need to make sure you are engaged in diverse activities.
- Other projects may involve: technical assitance for a software solutions provider for Independent Sales Organizations, Processing Centers and Financial Institutions.
- We offer full time employment with contract for unlimited period of time, because we want you to grow and develop a career in Conectys.
- You will work in 3 shifts organized in 9 hours/day and 5 days/week: day, evening and night (including weekends).
