What are we looking for?
Part –time Junior Business Lawyer for our office in Bucharest who:
• Is a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year student within a leading university
• Has good knowledge of corporate & commercial, regulatory & compliance, labour or competition law
• Is knowledgeable on international and EU legal standards
• Displays business drive, team spirit, and is strongly pro-active
• Has an excellent command of professional English (professional knowledge of another foreign language and relevant work experience would be a plus)
• Is computer literate

What about your role?
• Initially, your work will be based around supporting a team as they work for a wide variety of clients. Much of the work includes checking and ensuring compliance with various regulations in company’s day to day business activities. This may involve supporting clients through various phases from merger integration or other transactions to helping under-performing companies get their businesses back on track.
• Drafting various contracts
• Work to help companies achieving their business objectives observing the numerous recent regulations, with careful consideration being given to any applicable specific regulations (e.g.: employment contracts, credit institutions, non-banking financial institutions, insurance firms, investment and pension management firms, etc.).
