Storage Administrator - CZECH REPUBLIC

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years of experience within a dedicated storage engineer role
• Experience working in a multi-petabyte environment
• Knowledge of diverse storage solutions; EMC and/or HDS required; Netapp preferred
• Knowledge of backup systems in large organization
• Knowledge in brocade FC switching and/or Cisco MDS required
• Deployment of and configuration of storage to Unix (AIX, Solaris, HP-UX), Windows 2003/8/12 and Red Hat servers
• Identification of the most appropriate storage solutions for diverse applications
• Analysis of performance stats and configuration across a range of storage solutions
• Configuration and deployment of storage solutions to maximize server performance and security
• Experience in driving Infrastructure Strategy for storage Management
• Experience with concepts like dynamic tiering & allocation, deduplication, replication and snapshots
• Ability to transform storage architecture requirements to working solutions
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated technical leadership.
• Thorough knowledge of storage deployment, configuration, monitoring and maintenance technologies and their deployment
• Experienced of supporting a wide range of technology solutions in large scale production environments spanning multiple storage solutions
• Excellence in team working including across virtual and multi-location teams

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• 3rd level support of AT&T SAN environment globally
• Provision, Reclaim and Maintain of storage across EMC and/or HDS storage solutions
• Resolution, analysis and root cause analysis for storage based issues within all production and non-production environments
• Centralized configuration and capacity management for all storage arrays across AT&T Datacenters
• Maintain technical documentation
