Job Requirements:

Must have skills:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical documentation, communication, instructional design, multimedia learning solutions, or related field.
- BS/BA or higher in Education, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, Computer Science, or Marketing
- Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating excellent instructional design skills and deliverable
- Fluency in English

Nice to have skills:

- Experience in the AEC technology industry domain as an end user
- Solid understanding of the software development processes
- Knowledge of multiple languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of web design concepts and tools

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure the localizability of printed, online, multimedia and packaging components of all products.
- Oversee the coordination of internal and external specialists to localize all supporting product materials from one language to another.
- Determine the localization scope, and coordinate project execution from initiation to release; using the relevant localization industry tools (translation memory, content management, and graphic management tools) and ensuring adherence to schedule.
- Define and execute testing procedures to verify the localization documentation
- Implement and improve current procedures and processes within the quality assurance guidelines and actively contributes to the globalization of products on a worldwide level
- Ensure the timely delivery of printed, online, multimedia and packaging components of their products to relevant parties
- Provide preliminary schedule to Project Manager to ensure products are completed properly and in coordination with entire project
- Assist with standardization of style and terminology to improve learns ability and consistency, and to help minimize localization costs.
- Conduct technical reviews of deliverable to ensure their accuracy.
- Conduct or coordinate production reviews of final deliverable to assure the quality of the user experience,
including navigation, search, hyperlinks, video playback, and so on.
- Provide moderation for user contributions to our online learning community, both to ensure the technical accuracy of contributions and to help build the user community
