- Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English is a must

- 95% of time is dedicated to speaking with customers
- Analyze information and develop solutions to meet the customer’s business and technical requirements
- Handle all incoming customer e-mails and telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in team huddles and required trainings
If you are considered for a part time role then you must know that the first month of employment should be on a full time basis (as you will go through classroom and on-the-job training)
