    What do I need to qualify for this job?
    - Software engineering background
    - Certified for Quality/ Environmental Manager/ Auditor
    - Experience with elaboration and implementation of processes, procedures and continuous improvement
    - Participation and support to audits or assessments
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Nice to have:
    - Experience with Sharepoint
    - Familiar with development processes and methodologies: Agile Development, Scrum Methodology
    - Experience in international projects

    Interpersonal skills:
    - Good communication and team player
    - Organized and detail oriented
    - Ability and willingness to learn
    - Proactive and self-motivated

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a person who will work as quality responsible in a quality management team to develop and support the quality management system. The individual must be a team-player and willing to function as a coach for project managers and teams on development processes, assure the conformance with these and strive for project improvement.
