    Cerinte

    Mandatory:
    1. Bachelors or Master's Degree in one of the IT universities
    2. Good theoretical knowledge and practical skills in software development methodologies (Agile/SCRUM/Kanban, CMMI, RUP, etc.) and project management practices
    3. Good knowledge and expertise in SW process framework development
    4. Professional level of MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
    5. Ability to manage and deploy initiatives at different organization levels, within tough deadlines
    6. Good presentation skills. Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions
    7. Good communication skills and diplomacy
    8. 1-3 years of software engineering, project management or quality management experience
    9. Fluent English (both written and verbal)

    Optional:
    1. Knowledge of QMS implementation according with ISO9001
    2. Knowledge of ISO14001 and/or SA8000
    3. Experience in auditing, assessing the projects etc (according with ISO9001, CMMI, etc)
    4. Knowledge in project management, program management, portfolio management.
    5. Strong working experience in IT projects
    6. Practical experience and knowledge in software engineering, telecom and embedded systems will be a plus

    Responsabilitati

    - Internal and external projects in Software Engineering process consulting - consultant / auditor
    - Support for implementing software engineering and project management practices in projects - practice assessment, training, support, etc. Examples of practices: project planning and monitoring, requirements management, performance evaluation, change management process , etc.)
    - Project technical analysis, by identifying strengths, weaknesses and risks, improvements planning, and monitoring their implementation.
    - Business processes development and implementation.
    - Support for Quality Management System
    - Participation in the certification audits (ISO 9001 , CMMI, customer audits )
    - Support for Environmental Management System
    - Support for Social Accountability management System
    - Support for development of pre-sales technical proposals.

    - Software engineering practices consultancy
    -Business processes development and implementation.
    - QMS Internal Audits
    - Support for implementing software engineering and project management practices in projects
    - Support for project technical analysis, by identifying strengths, weaknesses and risks, improvements planning, and monitoring their implementation
    - Conducting trainings related to the implemented management systems
    - Optional: Conduct Environmental Management System Audits
    - Optional: Conduct Social Accountability Management System Audits
