Mechanical design engineer

 1-3 years of experience with leading international companies
 Degree in mechanics engineering;
 Experience with leading international companies in the field of equipment/product design;
 Capacity based project management;
 Knowledge of and familiarity with the fundamentals of design: dimensions, tolerances, reference systems Advanced IT systems knowledge : Office, CAD 2D and 3D( Unigraphics NX - is a plus);
 Advanced skills in mass production processes (e.g. assembly on automatic/ semi-automatic lines);
 Fluent written and spoken English, Italian optional.

 Manage with autonomy all technical aspects related to GEAP phases, from design to production;
 Various business functions continuous collaboration (e.g. production engineering, production, purchasing, quality);
 Front-end relationship with clients technical functions;
 Standard product modifications and customization through:
- client development office interface;
- client specification definition;
- preliminary design and cost calculation
- detailed design (technical specifications, BOM,...)
- supervision of the sampling process and pre-series production products and release to produce (VQI, PPAP);
 Product technical changes for processes improvement:
- production eng. and plant quality improvement team;
- derogation requests analysis;
- components standardization to reduce complexity.
