- University degree (preferably economic field)
- Previous experience in an industrial production environment
- Speaking and writing fluent in German – eliminatory condition
- English language – advanced level
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Excellent computer operating skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and deal with multi-tasks
- Able to work under pressure and against deadlines
- Initiative/motivation to performance
- Decision-making and problem-solving ability.

Job description
1) Brief characteristics of job tasks
- Ensures deliveries of covers of particular product group according customer schedules
- Ensures purchase of material required for production of covers of the particular product group, including samples and prototypes
- Processes quantitative complaints in cooperation with warehouse and participates in balancing out of claims with customers and suppliers;
- Initiates changes in prescriptive documentation;
- Continuously monitors raw material stocks to meet production needs and targeted stock level;
- Contributes to achieving of specified goals and gradual performance of quality policy;
- Implements his/ her tasks in accordance with company internal procedures/documentation;
- Adheres to instructions of superior;
- Adheres to principles of occupational safety and firefighting instructions.

2) Responsibilities
- For provision in time of sufficient amount of material for production of covers of the particular product group;
- For correct, timely and complete deliveries of products to customers.
