    Requirements

    Qualifications:
    Prefer minimum 1 year experience in a service or technical service center role or equivalent years of college education
    Prefer experience in HVAC, Fire, Security and/or mechanical systems
    High attention to detail including accurate recording and management of data
    Excellent communication/phone skills.
    Fluent to native speaking in English and French
    Computer Savvy

    Responsibilities

    Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction by receiving customer communication, evaluating customer issue, identify appropriate path to resolution, communicating customer needs and priority to appropriate technical personnel to effectively maximize customer satisfaction. Responsible for following customer concern through resolution. Provides updates into Service Management system as required

    Be available for all incoming calls/ faxes/ emails/ web requests
    Create and assign and where required, dispatch all service requests to appropriate personnel as per SLAs and defined processes to insure timely completion
    Assign work requests (preventative maintenance, routine service etc.) as required to appropriate personnel
    Maintains customer’s satisfaction at acceptable levels, and resolves customer satisfaction issues.
    Professionally and efficiently attend to all inquiries Manage (review, monitor and work to minimize) Service Requests including escalations as required
    Provide necessary communication back to customers regarding service requests and service satisfaction
    Contribute to the continuous improvement and corrective action processes
