Senior IT Manager (Shared Service Centre)

• Experience leading and delivering IT operations in shared services environment
• People leader passionate about change with experience of building world class shared service capability
• Collaborative team player able to work across multiple functions, locations and with senior level executives
• Strong knowledge of finance systems
• Stakeholder management, excellent influencing and communication skills
• Computer Science or relevant qualification
• More than 10 years’ experience delivering internal IT services
• Excellent technical expertise of Office IT environments and ITIL/ITSM service frameworks
• Experience working in intercultural environments
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English/able to work in an English speaking environment.

For one of our clients, a major Telecom Operator worldwide, we are looking for a brilliant Senior IT Manager, with proven experience in Shared Services Center environments!

His main responsibility will be to lead the IT function within Shared Service Centre, Romania, overseeing IT delivery including end user support and all internal infrastructures to provide world class services along agreed SLA/OLA and NPS. This role will balance high level operational demands with strategic initiatives and develop the IT operations and IT strategy for Shared Service Centre.

The role will be responsible for defining the detailed operational scope for IT function; ensuring IT remains aligned to the Group IT vision whilst meeting the local demands of shared service centre. Also, you will be accountable for supporting service teams and support functions ability to deliver to customers. The role will focus on connectivity, tools and user management maintaining IT security, setting up policies and managing compliance against standards ITIL, ITSM, SOX etc.

Key accountabilities

• Overall IT delivery across Shared Service Centre, Romania including ITIL/ITSM services, incident, problem and change management processes meeting business requirements
• Design, implement and operate shared service centre internal IT infrastructure, including Office IT Servers, Application Servers, Storage and Network (LAN/WAN)
• Deliver end user support for internal and external shared service centre users to OLA/SLAs
• Design solutions for vertical functions (IT and customer operations) manage IT integration and connectivity to deliver services to customers
• Ensure compliance with all Group, local and regulatory IT security requirements
